3. Client Eligibility:  Clients must meet the eligibility criteria established by Indiana Intellect Home Care to receive services. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

4.  Service Agreement:  Clients must enter into a service agreement with Indiana Intellect Home Care outlining the services to be provided, schedule, fees, and other pertinent details.

5. Fees and Payments:  Fees for our non-medical home care services will be outlined in the service agreement. Payment terms and methods will also be specified in the agreement.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy:  Clients must adhere to the cancellation policy outlined in the service agreement. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed according to the terms specified in the agreement.

7. Confidentiality:  Indiana Intellect Home Care respects client confidentiality and adheres to all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

8. Code of Conduct:  Clients and their representatives are expected to treat Indiana Intellect Home Care staff with respect and refrain from any behavior that may be deemed abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate.

9. Limitation of Liability:  Indiana Intellect Home Care shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to, loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

10. Governing Law:  These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms and Conditions:  Indiana Intellect Home Care reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time.
